The Swing Memories Big Band was organized in 1983 by Mr. Jerry Surra. Mr. Surra served as director of the Band until 2003.

Swing Memories is comprised of musicians from a variety of backgrounds, but it is the love of the big band sound that brings these great musicians together to perform music that is still loved today.
